super fancy stay!

great view coffee replenishment breakfast selection
I really enjoyed my stay. the twin room had a great view from the 6th floor, so that was a plus. tea and coffee were replenished every day, i liked this. the breakfast selection was huge. I loved the smoked salmon!
The shower's design meant that water soaked the bath mat and floor. It was a bit of a mess after each use.

The room was spacious with a quirky design. the bathroom had nice appointments. I especially liked it. i found the soundproofing to be effective. It was great.

The rooftop bar had fantastic views. I had a good time there. there's also a lobby bar with a dj on weekends. That's fun. the hotel offers sweet treats at reception too.

reception staff were helpful, especially when i needed directions. i found the staff to be friendly and professional, so that helped a lot. the secure lift system using car access added a sense of safety.

the rooms were very clean. the beds were comfortable too. the staff was friendly and helpful.

helpful staff fresh items
I found the staff very helpful, especially when I needed assistance. The breakfast buffet impressed me with its SUPERB selection of fresh items and attentive service.
The room AC was not easily adjustable, so the temperature was hard to control. It was a LITTLE uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options available to guests.
I booked a room with a double bed, but I got two single beds pushed together. They were on wheels, each with a single mattress. This was not acceptable. The television did not have a smart connection, so I could not watch Netflix... The decor seemed a bit loud and the rooms appear dated.

untrained staff amateur service
the bar service really lacked experience. i did not expect such amateur behavior at a hotel like this. a hotel at this level needs trained staff. it was absurd to see the lack of professionalism there..
